Original recording technology for the exchanger( Group phone)

- Data transmission technology, use record system match with the telephone exchanger/group phone, connect the recording card to the outside line of the exchanger, then use the telephone accounting software to calculate the cost, can inquiry by branch phone. Reduce the number of recording card, so can save the facility cost.
- Matchable exchanger including: NEC, Siemens, PANASONIC, Nitsuko, SAMSUNG, Alcatel, Ericsson, Philips, Fujitsu, TONGLI, Shenou, YITAI, ZLTelecom, etc.
- When record the digital branch phone, if the exchanger do not output the caller id, can gain the dialed-in and dialed-out number from the port with the accounting software, so as to solve the problem that incomplete number of audio recording.
- Recording match with accounting, if the users do not have the exchanger, can realize the direct line accounting.

Advanced network inquiry, monitoring

- Folder share mode, install the same version of recording software at client end, run Client.exe , to inquiry and play the recording file by Network Neighborhood.
- Install record WEB inquiry system, can inquiry the recording file by IE; with restrict of accessing right.
- Can real time monitor the service conversation of the customer service staff through any pc in the Lan. (Economy type do not have this function).
